[MilCom] 4724.0 - UNDULATE

     8992.0 was active at 0159z with unknown [probable bomber;
weak/barely readable; could not make out the id; muffled audio]
calling SKYMASTER and passing 7NMM in the blind.

     4724.0 was active at 0200z with UNDULATE (good levels) bcsting 3
28-character EAMs (5VDYJR; 5VE3DHO; 5VOGXN) and out.  Then followed by
his standing by for traffic statement (twice).  That was followed by
three different stations (all unheard here) each passing one 4-element
group to UNDULATE with UNDULATE's acknowledgment.  Something 08;
something ?5; something 02 (sounded like "station 02".)

     UNDULATE was not heard on the higher freqs.   11175.0 and 8992.0
sound dead here except that the sweapers are at good levels on both
freqs.   I suspect the HFGCS is in a quiet period.

     4848.0 was found active at 0211z with F4F (male opr; weak/fair
levels) bcsting at least 5VHRA3.
