[MilCom] Northeast AR - 8 planes

There are now a total of 8 planes refueling over New England at one time!

AR-212  238.900  BACKY 41, 42 and TEAM 40
AR-631  295.900  (Low) TEAM 41, 42 and JINX 51
AR-631  282.700  (High) TOPCAT 5 and POLO 99

Also, I think there was a PACK and OPEC flight that broke up 
just before all these flights started but I had just turned the radios
on and did not get specifics on them.
