[MilCom] WINDY 11

10:04 PDT - 321.0 MHz - WINDY 11 calling MAD DOG with equipment  
problem, but pressing on and land later today. WINDY 11 then thanked  
STRIKE HAWK CONTROL for the phone patch when they were done talking  
with MAD DOG. WINDY flight was loud & clear over the Portland, OR  
area, but ground station was unheard...
