[MilCom] OPEN SKIES 12T

I thought someone would have logged this guy today but since I didn't
see it posted, I'll make my one milcom post for the day.

While taking a much needed yard work break this afternoon, I sat at the
patio table enjoying a beer and listening to the handheld.  I didn't log 
exact times but around 2030z I heard OPEN SKIES 12T working
Westover Metro on 274.75 getting weather for Andrews.  I also logged
him working Boston Center on 134.95 then 126.225 before I went back
to the yard work.  

I believe this is an OC-135.  So, did anyone else log it either live on a 
scanner or on the SBS?
