     11175.0 was active at 2301z with ANDREWS (fair levels here with
propagation artifacts on signal) bcsting a 28-character EAM (U7HDMT)
to "ALL STATIONS" following immediately with a delayed h+00 rebcst of
a 28-character EAM (U7YUBX).  At 2310z there was possible player
activity between two stations at unreadable levels here.  At 2318z
ANDREWS bcst a 32-character EAM (IK43P5) to ALL STATIONS.
