[MilCom] UNIDEN's New Scanner

The database will likely not use the FCC's database directly. Will probably use the RadioReference database which means it will only be as good as the user submissions. I believe that's what the Radio Shack Pro-107 does. Nice idea, and it might be OK for PSB but RadioReference seems to be lacking in Civil and Military airband info.

I think I'll stay with my 2006, 396XT and 996T.
