[MilCom] [MilRadioComms] BLUE 31 flight

Starting to fade here now.  Comms are weak and scratchy.

Thanks to Ian and Eccie for the ID that this was Italian F-16s
callsign RETRO 81-86 with BLUE 31 on their way to Davis Monthan AFB.

A-A comms for the fighters is 142.200 AM.
BLUE 31 using VHF ATC.

The Italians are pretty chatty and you should snag them along the way.
