[MilCom] Air/air comms on 141.575 NBFM

My thanks to Larry and everyone who responded to advise I was hearing 
CAP aircraft.  I did indeed read that excellent article in the May MT, 
but I had yet to transfer that data into the 'by frequency' part of my 
records that I check when I come across an unknown user on a frequency.
