349.400 is a nationwide USAF CP frequency assignment.
More than likely you heard comms related from the 445AW Command Post at 
Wright Patterson AFB (c/s Buckeye Control)

370.950 is a nationwide ATC assignment
Not sure who you heard though as the closest thing I have to you is in IA.

The 445th AW at Wright Patterson have used that
for many many years as their CP frequency. They
ID as "BUCKEYE CONTROL".
