[MilCom] oddball comm

Heard a female voice on 349.4 AM mode between 3 and 3:30 AM local time (eastern, AKA 0700 to 0730 UTC).  Several transmissions, never enough signal for me to get a callsign or information out of - last few I had to set scanner to manual and open the squelch to hear at all.  I had to dig in the "wayback list" to find any reference on this frequency, which was listed as Air Mobility Command ???. I don't recall *ever* hearing anything on this one before............
 
Been a fair amount of activity up at Grissom ARB lately, and when Prez was up in Chicago I heard some blips and bleeps and buzzes now and then, including what seemed like a several-days-long buzz on 370.95.  I had NO descriptive listing at all for that one.
