Also had a Little Rock C-130 in the area,hard to make out callsign started with a P,but had filed an IFR to a point,then went VFR in the area,he was above the low level clouds,i could hear him but never saw him,told Atc to leave his IFR flight plan open and he would pick it up at the point on the way back to Little Rock Afb.
