[MilCom] MIL: 11220.0 - ENORMITY and ANDREWS

     11175.0 was active at 2318z with ENORMITY (fair/week levels here)
calling MAINSAIL and raising ANDREWS (weak/mostly unheard here) and
requesting a phone patch.  ANDREWS sent him to 11220.0

     11220.0 was active at 2319z with ENORMITY (fair) calling and
raising ANDREWS weak/mostly readable) for a phone patch to a common
DSN 271 number id'd as DEER HORN (GEP coordinator).  ENORMITY
requested RF 14 7A in station ____WISE (unable to understand id; GEP
alias).  They established the link and gone.
