[MilCom] PETRO 21 with DUDE 7# flight, CORRECTION and ADDITION

Correct Callsign on the fighters should have been FEUD 7#, not DUDE 7#.  

I now have PETRO 31 and FEUD 8# flight on 322.500 with Jax Center and
378.200 for Aerial Refueling.  FEUD 8# (F/A-18D, VMFA-224) is on 258.900 Tac
2 for air-to-air.  FEUD 85 has an aircraft issue and is RTBing to MCAS
Beaufort.

PETRO 21 with DUDE 71-76 (F/A-18D, VMFA-224) just departed MCAS Beaufort, I
think westbound.  They are using 343.100 for AR and the F/A-18s are on
250.300, Tac 1 for air-to-air.
