[MilCom] 8992.0 - PULL MOTOR standing by for traffic

     8992.0 was active at 0310z with PULL MOTOR (weak/barely readable
with deep fading but clear id) bcsting W3TZ3F and W3GCBH and ending
with the "Standing by for traffic" statement. Unheard on 4724.0,
11175.0 or 15016.0.  Very poor propagation conditions here.  H+10/h+40
activity.
