[MilCom] 8992.0 - ANDREWS

     8992.0 was active at 0105z with ANDREWS (very weak here; often
unreadable; poor propagation this local evening) bcsting a
150-character EAM (W35Z3F).  At 0120z an unknown player (in the noise
floor; unable to id) bcst W3TZ3F.  Suspected h+20/h+50 activity.
Possible TACAMO LANT.

     4724.0 was active at 0130z with ANDREWS (weak/mostly readable;
6739.0 was weak with heavy echo; too weak higher) with an h+00/h+30
restoral xmsn of the 150-character W3TZ3F.  ANDREWS had to disregard
near the end of the string for a FOXTROT bcst, restarting the string
at 0135z.

     8992.0 is active at 0150z with the h+20/h+50 player and W3TZ3F.
