[MilCom] Fw: WBFM

Good gravy, I pulled out my Icom R10 portable, and even on the rubber duck it's full scale and so strong that in AM, NBFM or WBFM I can't even squelch it out !  In USB/LSB or CW modes it squeals :-) and can be squelched but still reads really strong.....
