[MilCom] Haiti Air Ops Procedures

>From official unclassified open sources, here's how Haiti Air Ops 
(MTPP/MTCH) are being handled.

All inbound fixed wing aircraft have to obtain permssion and slot assignment 
+-20 minutes schedule, via pre coordination telephone contact with the Haiti 
Flight Operations Center.

Military Ops aircraft inbound will contact "Kingfish Tango" using 140.5 mhz, 
20 minutes out.

Haiti VHF frequencies that will be used include:  124.5 (Area Control) , 
118.7 (Tower), 118.3 (Ground Control?/Flight Services?).

Aircraft can expect potentially long hold times in the local pattern prior 
to landing.
