[MilCom] AR315 Refueling Problem 01/14

 Monitored from Bowling Green, Ky 01/14 0225z

INDY 84 / KC135R, 74ARS, tail# 58-0076, conducting AR w/PEACH 02 / E8 JASTARS, 116 ACCS, tail# 92-3290, on AR315 using secondary 236.650.  PEACH notifies INDY they are now on oxygen due to poss problem in the cockpit.  PEACH backing out, going to bottom of the block.  PEACH has poss fumes in the cockpit req clearance back to Robbins.  INDY offering assistance.  Both a/c to ZID Lo 121.175.  Only INDY shows on the RadarBox.
