354.300 is commonly the ECM Range at Poinsett Range next to Shaw AFB, 
callsign BEEFEATER.  BEEFEATER, however, also controls the ECM equipment in 
Bulldog MOA and is sometimes used there as well.  Usually, though the F-16s 
will talk to BEEFEATER on 343.750, which is the Bulldog MOA discrete.
