[MilCom] 11175.0 - OUT SMART and MCCLELLAN

     11175.0 was active at1908z with OUT SMART (good/fair levels here
but eventually fading to fair/weak) calling MAINSAIL and raising
MCCLELLAN (very weak/unreadable to unheard here) for a phone patch to
a common DSN 271 number id'd as NAME PLATE (GEP coordinator) and
stated that he was in NAME PLATE (GEP alias).  OUT SMART requested the
7 BRAVO. At 1915z OUT SMART gave NAME PLATE his GEP routing
(weak/sometimes unreadable but the route included LAME DUCK, ABOUT
SHIP, SCORE CARD (and two or three others and finishing at LAME DUCK
(all GEP aliases). Patch terminated at 1917z.
