[MilCom] [MilRadioComms] CBP pilots chatting on VHF, COTHEN

Now I have the two of them chatting on 13907  kHz USB.

     Continuous comms between the two on 136.375 MHz,  just chatty stuff.
     They ID as "16" and "85."
     "Want to try COTHEN for air-air?"
     "OK," Tango 85 is the callsign."
     "We are showing a link with you."
     "You are coming across Mickey Mouse on every  transmission."
     "I have you Lima Charlie on clear; you are Mickey  Mouse on private."
     Some discussion about the COTHEN settings  too.  < <
