recent info and some quick online research, I am pretty much convinced
that this one is de-registered US Navy Beech A200C BuNo 161198 c/n
BJ-14, now civilian registered
as N785MC and based out of Manassas/Regional (HEF).  Owner is listed
as DC DEPT OF HOMELAND SECURITY.
