[MilCom] ETHYL B4 and RAMA 31

Both are inbound to US returning home now.  Just finished their final AR on AR-20SW and have split up.  ETHYL B4 is returning to Pittsburgh and I am ASSuming RAMA 31 is returning to Dyess.  No confirmation on whether he is a Dyess bird yet.
