[MilCom] Bloodhound 302 on 5080

Saturday morning caught some weak comms on the old plead
control (Pt. Mugu) 5080.  Don't know if plead control still uses
it.  Bloodhound 302 from the Naval Weapons Test Squadron at Point Mugu 
was heard:
calling Surveillance,
giving someone coordinates,
requesting direct San Nicolas and hold,
Acknowledging players are on the range.
