  Sure sounds like GULF TEST 30.  Played it back many times, just can't tell!

  Anyway, he's been in a climb.  First caught him on ZBW 128.75 climbing then he switched to ZBW 124.525 at FL41.5 climbing to FL430 heading direct Emjay.

  May be a civil, but I figured I would post anyway and see if anyone has any ideas.
