[MilCom] More Redstone Testing

  Glad they moved the Technical Test Center to Redstone,have another  private 
aircraft,involved in some flight Testing today it is STARFISH 717 self ided as 
an Eclipse 500 in this case it will be N717LK,flying various profiles again 
descending from 4700 feet down to 200 feet AGL for low pass over Redstone.
  Also Propagation is marvelous just picked up memphis ground controller giving 
the altimeter setting for Fort Campbell for a flight of Helos Inbound to Fort
