Hawk 15 first heard on 282.25 (Norcal) being pushed to 134.975 (Oakland Center).
Hawk 15 checks-in on 134.975.  Then some kind of rebroadcast of Oakland center 134.975
starts on 228.0.  The controller and vhf air traffic is rebroadcast on this. However, Hawk 15
was not heard on 228.  The signal strength of 228 varies from good to nothing.
I left a few examples of the civilian vhf traffic being rebroadcast
on 228 in the recording.  379.2 is the UHF pair to 134.975 not 228.
Hawk 15 gets a block of 450 to 600.  Center asks if Hawk 15 will delay in the whitmore area
(whitmore MOA?).  Hawk 15 asks to remain within 80 miles of red bluff and gets clearance to
do so.  When Hawk 15 is pushed to 282.35 (NORCAL) for RTB to Beale, no more transmitions were
heard on 228 for the remaining hour and 14 minutes of the recording.
