[MilCom] Solar Storm Hits

On Aug 1 we had a class C3 flare and associated CME event on the sun. As of 
1730 UTC the storm front from the sun has hit and people in Denmark have 
even seen Aurora. Expect poor HF cx for the next day or two.

On Milcom, I also have a story on a NORAD Russian AF exercise next week and 
the Chinese AF are conducting a major exercise. Both of these should offer
