5696 USB  0303z  Rescue 2003/Camslant; bingo on fuel, returning to Dover 
AFB, De for refueling; located distressed vessel position 38.27N / 074.28W, 
4 pob.
Atlantic City CG sending a vessel to pick up pob's, after refueling will 
return to scene to wait for AC CG vessel.
