[MilCom] KING 74 VR-840

Just heard him pop up out of VR-840 working Bangor Radio on 255.400
ID as C-130 about 30 miles North of Bangor.  He wanted to report that
5 miles East of point Alpha there was moderate turbulence below 6,000 ft.
