[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] Shuttle Landing Preparations Underway

Shuttle Training Aicraft "NASA 946" is over KSC  reporting the wx and 
landing conditions to "Weather Capcom" on 126.65  MHz, in preparation for the 
planned landing of the Space Shuttle at 8:46am EDT  (1246z).  
He is reporting several layers of clouds and some visual  obscuration of 
the field.
