[MilCom] Boing 737

All white, small blue stripe along center of fuselage, number below the 
stripe near the rear, large winglets, antenna bumps on the top?  A C-40C 
(B-737-700) from 89 AW/1AS at Andrews.    Usually uses a SPAR callsign.
