[MilCom] New AR-80NE Active - FINALLY

Finally, for the first time I have heard the new AR-80NE active.
For those who don't know, this is one of the new tracks which
starts just off Nantucket and ends at the beginning of AR-20NE.

The few comms I heard were faint but it is ETHYL 55 and what sounded
like REACH 409 on the track right now as I type.(0100z)

ETHYL 55 was working ZBW on 133.450 and he even had to remind the
controller of the new track and where it ran.

AR-80 Primary - 373.6
AR-80 Secondary - 343.5 (Same as AR-608 Primary)

0042z  373.600  ETHYL 55 and REACH 409(???)  coordinating and starting their AR.
0104z  123.900  ETHYL 55  check in with Moncton Center.
