[MilCom] TOPCAT Tornados

While reviewing my recording of STEEL 11-13 flight from yesterday, I had two
transmissions from two flights of Tornados coming into Bangor, Maine.

First was TOPCAT 11 switching from Boston Center to Bangor approach.

Second was TOPCAT 12 flight ID'ed as a flight of two Tornados working two controllers
at Boston Center.

Probably German Tornados judging by the accent.
Anyone have any info on these guys coming here?
