[MilCom] Mystery

Hi all,

Trying to solve a mystery here of a couple planes that were up in W-102
last Friday. They used 140.025 for A-A in part of their exercise. It seemed
to me this was one of their normal victor freqs. They also mentioned that
their victor 10 was 139.575 but they didn't go with that. Most of their exercise
was on 282.7 which is a pretty common aerial refueling secondary freq
around here. I thought that was odd, but it may also be one of the normal freqs
this unit uses.

They were using the TABOR callsign which is normally used for Coronet ferry
flights to and from overseas. Again, I thought this was odd.

If anyone knows of a unit that uses the three freqs regularly I listed below,
please let me know on or off the list. Now, I know there were some A-10s
which passed through here in that time frame last week that were using TABOR,
but these were definitely not A-10s. The planes took off from Bangor, ME and
returned there after the one hour long exercise.

Freqs used:
140.025 AM
282.700

Freq mentioned:
139.575 (as Victor 10)

Again any comments, suggestions are very welcome.

Thanks,
