10780 kHz USB 0200z: Cape Radio is reciting test count in preparation for  
tonight's Space Shuttle "Discovery" (STS-131 Mission) launch. (05Apr2010)

(mailto:HFmonitors at yahoogroups.com)  the HF  freq they will be using for comms with the Solid Rocket 
Booster recovery  vessels, as soon as they announce it.
