Thunder is a B-1B. He is talking about getting a  debrief back at Ellsworth 
when he gets back there in about three hours.

"Thunder" is used by MV-22s  and other  aircraft, but this one could be 
an A-10, one of the Pope  A-10s that ended up at  Moody AFB or even with 
the 
MD-ANG.
