[MilCom] Westover C5 Aircraft Makes Emergency Landing With Landing Gear Problems

Happen again (last time two tires fell off the aircraft while flying), 
however it was one of the left side front tires that didn't extend down 
fully.

About 1319 hrs local I was monitoring 252.10 and the aircraft (which I
didn't get the callsign but most likely was  RODD X) was talking about the
(landing gear) door being open but the (gear) wasn't full extended down.   I
got busy at work so didn't followup the entire episode until I saw more
information on this evenings news.
