     8992.0 was active at 1613z with unknown player (fair levels but
id covered by ANDREWS; excellent audio; suspected NAOC) bcsting a
28-character EAM (I32HHJ) and simulcasting same on at least 11175.0
(fair to good levels with fading on the signal but covered by ANDREWS)
with nothing heard on 15016.0 and 4724.0.  At 1615z (during the
players bcst) ANDREWS came up on freq with the same string.
