More comms related to the Ares I-X rocket test  launch:
    T-38N "NASA 902" is up with Cape Control on  264.8 MHz.
    Also comms with Weather Ops on 126.65 MHz,  commencing to report on 
weather conditions over the Cape.
    He is also in comms with Miami Ctr on 348.7 MHz.
