[MilCom] 8992.0 - GOLDFISH standing by for traffic

     8992.0 was active at 0040z with GOLDFISH (weak to fair levels at
conclusion of bcst) bcsting an EAM (I3V?LO maybe) and concluding with
the standing by for traffic statement.  Nothing heard on 11175.0.
h+10/h+40 activity. Suspected TACAMO LANT.

    6833.0 was active at 0043z with unknown trigraph (fair/weak
levels; slow reading) bcsting at least I3PFUO.
