     8992.0 was active (barely) with a player in the noise floor
performing his restorals at 2310z with many EAMs.  I could only make
out the preambles for I3NANV and I3EATU among the strings.  Heard a
little better on 11175.0 but not by much - mostly unheard/unreadable.
Suspected h+00/h+20 activity.  Suspected TACAMO LANT.  Just now rising
out of the sunspotless noise floor near sunset.
