[MilCom] 11175.0 - HONORARY and DOWN DEEP

     11175.0 was active at 1800z with ANDREWS bcsting I3MDOQ. There
was no apparent player activity at this h+00 restoral.

     11175.0 was active at 1803z with ANDREWS bcsting a 20-character
EAM (F4FLTR).

     11175.0 was active at 1808z with DOWN DEEP (weak/readable)
working HONORARY (unheard here but ok to DOWN DEEP).  There's at least
one other active player: something DOOR.  Unheard here but earlier
active with other players.

     11175.0 was active at 1812z with ANDREWS bcsting a 28-character
EAM (I3FHKI).  There was player activity under ANDREWS that may have
been passing ZULU freqs. ANDREWS was too strong to follow.
