     11175.0 was active at 1537z with DOWN DEEP (or sounds like;
mostly unheard here) working ANDREWS (weak) and requesting a phone
patch.  ANDREWS moved him to 11220.0.

     11220.0 was active at 1538z with DOWN DEEP (or sounds like; in
the noise floor/unreadable) working ANDREWS for a phone patch to a DSN
number foo some brief chatter and gone.
