     11175.0 was active at 1417z with ANDREWS bcsting a 22-character
EAM (I3Z7ZW).  At 1517z ANDREWS bcst a 28-character EAM (I3XPHU).

     11220.0 was active at 1725z with HEADLINER (unheard here) working
OFFUTT (fair levels) for a phone patch to REINSTATE (GEP coordinator)
and given RF 16 in station IMMORTAL (GEP alias), and gone.  Moved here
by OFFUTT for 11175.0.

     11175.0 was active at 1742z with OFFUTT (fair/good) working
HEADLINER (unheard here) and moving HEADLINER to 11220.0.
