However this aircraft has been running lately between Homestead  ARB(KHST) 
and Pope Afb (KPOB).Comes back to Win Win Services in  
Wilmington,Delaware,this aircraft is a Dash 8,white with blue trim,no other  markings and tail 
number is on the fusealge in the trim,between the wings and  tail. < <

 
   I have been aware of the  Win Win Services Dash-8s for about a year. 
They have been flying under the  "Excite ##" callsign. I hear them coming into 
the country from Honduras,  Belize and other points southward. They often 
make a phone patch to  Homestead ARB via MARS HF freqs, and then they head to 
Hurlburt and sometimes to  Norfolk. I hear their phone patches to Cannon AFB 
as well.

these birds.
