For those interested, we have been attempting with the new CAP Channels
[Narrowband] to build a good
depository of the new channels. Some are reused such as the 148.1500 and
148.1250 and others are likely NEW
141.5750 127.3 is one of those new CAP Channel, GREAT Find Kenny
