[MilCom] 104th FW To Standup For Alert Duty

According to the 104th Fighter Wing's monthly publication "Airscoop" 
(October 2009), the unit will stand up an alert force by February 15, 2010 
to support Operation Noble Eagle & Homeland Defense.
