Your 1608z: is probably Nacogdoches not NAGADOCIOUS Jack. But don't blame
yourself, its a Texas thing. ;-)))
7661.0 is a brand new DoD and EAM freq for me (have you seen stuff here
before)? Did I miss a meeting somewhere? ;-)
These look like some Navy ship tac calls. Hammering Hank was used in the
past on INMARSAT by the USS Elrod (FFG-55) and Lightning Strike by the USS
Mitscher (DDG-57).
