7600.0 PAPA 7 XRAY appears to be net control with a new call sending 
data every 10 minutes.  After confirming data receipt, stations sign 
off to P7X 2 or 3 times.  Similar calls noted here in February 2005: 
2152 USB Voice (23/NOV/2009) (JLM)
